Synthetic fiber Bowls

Bowls made from plastic allow parts to be correctly orientated when entering the machine, thanks to a natural selection process that uses the weight of the part and the effect of gravity.

This choice of bowl allows for the selection of complex parts at high selection rates.

We can also supply bowl feeders with multiple exit points.

Synthetic fiber or glass filled polymer fiber bowls are also available in sizes ranging

from 80 to 1000 mm in diameter.

Aluminium Bowls

This type of bowl feeder is reserved principally for the distribution of fine precision parts. Machine milled in fabrication, as with the plastic bowls.

From a diameter of 70 mm for the smallest, and up to 500 mm, they allow the selection and correct orientation of small precision parts, for connectics and watch making for example.

Cylindrical Bowls

This type of bowl can be used in two ways : either the classic use with the selection

of parts from the interior of the bowl, or the American way, with part selection made outside the bowl. 

This method of selection from outside the bowl is made possible by using a descending gradient, and allows for high speed selection, and favors the selection

of parts that may overlap one another.
