Coating

For your new bowls, or to upgrade older stock, we can provide a protective coating adapted to your needs.

Depending on your requirements, either a smooth or dimpled polyurethane coating is securely fixed in place using a special adhesive.

An anti-static coating for rubber or silicone parts is also available.

A surface treatment (Kanigen or hard anodizing) on aluminum bowls can also be specified.

A special soundproof coating, consisting of foam and polyurethane on the outer skin of the bowl, reduces noise level between 3 and 5 dB.

This method of noise reduction still allows the operator full access to the bowl, and in addition, as there is no contact with the product inside the bowl, can be safely used in the pharmaceutical industry.

Machine Frames

Frames are made with aluminum profiles and noise absorption panels.

They greatly reduce the noise generated by the components in the vibrating bowl, provide protection for machine operators, and protect the bowl and other components from dust and any accidental external shock.
